



Come celebrate breakfast at the Captain Fairfield Inn by indulging in a four course, cooked to order breakfast, served in our dining room between the hours of 8:30 and 9:30. When creating menus, we endeavor to use the freshest seasonal ingredients from local farms and purveyors.
The breakfast experience begins with our special blend of Downeast Coffee, specialty organic teas, and our signature fresh orange juice blend. This will soon be followed with a seasonal fruit course, typically fresh berries, melon and kiwi, a cranberry apple poached pear or maybe our unique Citrus Celebration. Next, fresh from the oven, come blueberry muffins, cranberry orange scones, butterscotch coffee cake or maybe 72 layer cream cheese biscuits. Finally, you will be offered a choice of two prepared to order entrées.
