



Come celebrate breakfast at the Captain Fairfield Inn by indulging in a creative, gourmet, cooked to order breakfast, served in our dining room between the hours of 8:30 and 9:30. When creating menus, we endeavor to use the freshest seasonal and local ingredients.
The breakfast experience begins with our special blend of Wicked Joe coffee, Mighty Leaf organic teas, and our signature fresh orange juice blend. This will soon be followed by a seasonal fruit course and pastries fresh from the oven. Finally you will be offered a choice of two prepared to order entrées, such as Cinnamon French Toast with Wild Maine Blueberry Sauce, Eggs Benedict, Ricotta Pancakes with Brown Sugar Cherry Compote and omelets prepared to your order.
